As Bob Ross once said…there is something about the black canvas that can bring everything to life. I am loving the contrast and layers of color in this painting. Rovandio had a particular brushstroke he kept repeating the last day of painting…and it just made me laugh because it looks like a flock of flamingos! So cute, I don’t think he has ever seen a flamingo but what a good rendition!

If someone had told me at that young age I would be painting with horses I think I would have been speechless. One of my driving motivations is to inspire others to think outside the box and pursue their dreams, no matter how many obstacles are in your path.
