When I spend time painting with Rovandio the general feeling is one of peace and joy. He is a wise old soul and has a quiet way about him.

I began with a grey background to create more contrast for Rovandio’s unique, minimalistic brushstrokes and used a soft, cool color palette to mimic a peaceful, cloudy sky.

If someone had told me at that young age I would be painting with horses I think I would have been speechless. One of my driving motivations is to inspire others to think outside the box and pursue their dreams, no matter how many obstacles are in your path.
